The Educational Objectives (EOs) describe the achievements that Electronic Engineering graduates obtain after 3 to 5 years of professional experience. These EOs were defined taking into account the opinions of professors, graduates, employers and the advisory committee of the program.
The Electronic Engineering professional of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú will achieve to:
PEO1. Design and develop electronic, electrical, and computer-based circuits and systems using basic science tools and theory to meet a societal requirement and communicate them effectively.
PEO2. Install, operate and maintain electronic systems using the latest technology tools, acting responsibly and ethically, to guarantee the correct functioning of the electronic system.
PEO3. Manage projects or startups related to electronic engineering, proactively, individually or within a work team to improve the quality of life.
PEO4. Recognize and identify the need to learn throughout life to work with world-class technology such as the Internet of Things (IoT), electric mobility, artificial intelligence, among others.
