Professional profile

The Educational Objectives (EOs) describe the achievements that Mechanical Engineering graduates obtain after 3 to 5 years of professional experience. These EOs were defined taking into account the opinions of professors, graduates, employers and the advisory committee of the program.

The Mechanical Engineering professional of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú will achieve to:

EO.1 Conceptualize, design, and implement mechanical and energy systems, considering technical, economic, and social criteria.

EO.2 Conduct the operation of mechanical and energy equipment and facilities.

EO.3 Know the impact of the mechanical engineering activity on society and the environment, and understand the professional, social, and ethical responsibilities of the exercise of his/her profession.
