In a globalized world, scientific and technological knowledge transcends all borders. To be competitive, our country must invest in creating, managing, developing and disseminating knowledge.

At present, the companies use equipment, devices and machines with increasingly modern technology to obtain more flexibility, efficiency and quality. These equipments involve cutting edge computer technology for the design, manufacture and control; for instance, robots and automated machines for production.

Due to the use of these modern technologies, we have automatic laundry machines, printer machines, automobiles, beverage bottling plants, toys, aircrafts, etc.

Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, with highly trained professors and modern labs, will train first class Mechatronics engineers.
