Member of the International Law Association, the Spanish Association of Professors of International Law and International Relations, and the PUCP Institute of International Studies. Dean/Director of the PUCP School of Law. He has served as Senior Advisor to the Foreign Relations Commission of the Congress of the Republic of Peru and Academic Secretary of the PUCP Faculty of Law. He has been a professor at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and the Diplomatic Academy of Peru. He has also served as a visiting professor at the University of Salamanca, Spain.
