On-Campus Modality
The Management undergraduate program is conducted over five years divided into:
- Two years (four semesters) in General Studies Humanities
- Three years (six semesters) in the School of Management and Executive Leadership
Curricular axes
The training in the Management program is structured around curricular axes that interact with one another to ensure the development of the graduate profile competencies. These axes are of three types:
- Integrative: Aimed at developing the transversal skills that distinguish and characterize the PUCP manager.
- Functional: Corresponding to the functional areas of management within any type of organization, whether in the public or private sector.
- Sectoral: Specialized and advanced knowledge tailored to specific organizational sectors.
