The world is no longer shaped solely by the actions of isolated, individual organizations, giving way to an integrated global market where productive value chains, business networks, and inter-organizational collaborative strategies have taken center stage in economic, social, and environmental endeavors.

Consequently, internationalization stands as a cornerstone within the vision and strategic plan of the Faculty of Management and Executive Leadership. This commitment aligns with the accreditation granted by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), wherein internationalization served as a fundamental pillar of the assessment process.

In its 2025–2027 Development Plan, the FGAD seeks to integrate international learning experiences into education and research through: (i) international curricula and extracurricular activities, (ii) the recruitment of international faculty, (iii) the creation of international collaborative research spaces, and (iv) the development of strategic alliances and agreements with distinguished universities and institutions.

These objectives are embodied in an academic portfolio comprising diverse international learning experiences—both curricular and extracurricular—such as international weeks, exchange programs, short courses abroad, COIL courses, courses taught in English, as well as the support and promotion of a range of extracurricular international opportunities that foster and advance students' academic and professional development.
