Unit Development Plan – Gestión PUCP
At Gestión PUCP, we have adopted the OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures) methodology to structure our UDP. This framework enables us to translate our mission and vision into concrete objectives, measurable goals, and strategic initiatives that guide our decisions and projects over the coming years.
General Objective: To be recognized, by 2030, as a leading faculty in the education of managers who transform organizations through an experiential, innovative educational approach connected to real-world global challenges.
Our plan focuses on strategic pillars designed to address global challenges and consolidate our academic leadership.
