The purpose of the program's Quality Management System is to continually evaluate and enhance our educational proposal, adapting it to the evolving landscape of organizations and society. This is achieved through the coordination of three cyclical macro-processes carried out each semester: design, implementation, and evaluation. Within each of these, specific deliverables and processes are identified to facilitate data collection and decision-making in pursuit of the continuous improvement of the learning experience.
