Overview

We are a community of faculty, students, alumni, and staff committed to organizational improvement and the development of the nation. We pursue this through a model that integrates education, research, and active engagement with organizations, aimed at enhancing the management capacity of all types of systems. Consequently, we believe that innovation, governance, competitiveness, and the sustainable development of nations and peoples depend on how, and by whom, a small business, a school, a multinational corporation, or
a state is led.

In this regard, we reaffirm that, to achieve the sustainable development of the nation and the world, we require more and better management across this diversity of organizational systems.

For this reason, the Faculty of Management and Executive Leadership (FGAD) was founded in 2004, followed a year later, on December 19, 2005, by the Academic Department of Management Sciences (DACG), as an innovative response in Latin America to the diverse challenges and organizational systems presented by today's world.

Over the years, FGAD and DACG joined efforts and strategies for the benefit of the community, thereby fostering the generation of economic, social, and environmental value within the innovative framework of Gestión PUCP. All the work carried out to date stems from the needs and demands of individuals, organizations, and the world at large.
