Holder of a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management of Corporate Social Responsibility and Inclusive Business, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Design, Execution, and Evaluation of Public Investment Projects from Universidad del Pacífico.

Full-time Professor in the Department of Management Sciences. She served as Project Manager at Aprenda-Instituto de la Microempresa (ACP Group), working on the design, monitoring, and evaluation of private and public projects focused on entrepreneurship and microenterprise development. She has conducted research and provided consultancy services in the fields of education, empowerment, and employability for both public and private organizations.
