Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and the Universitat de Barcelona, Master in Philosophy and Sociologist from the PUCP.

Head of the Academic Department of Management Sciences and Coordinator of the Social Management Track at the School of Management and Executive Leadership of the PUCP (2014-2017, 2021-2023). He has delivered numerous lectures and authored publications, both nationally and internationally, in political philosophy (Communism, political power, and personal freedom in Marx, 2016) and applied ethics (Ethics in Management, Development, and Social Responsibility, 2014).

Full Professor in the Academic Department of Management Sciences, where he has taught courses in ethics and political philosophy, ethics applied to management, social management, research methodology, and sociological theory.
