Master of Public Administration and Master of Arts in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, and Economist from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Specialist in State reform, organization, and institutional strengthening of public management, possessing extensive knowledge of the Peruvian public sector. She has served as Policy Manager at the National Civil Service Authority (SERVIR) and as an advisor to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

She has conducted research for CIES and the Local Government and Public Sector Reform Initiative.

Teaching experience at ESAN in the Master of Public Management program, the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economics at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and the Continental School of Management.
