Social manager and university professor. Over thirty years of experience in the management of international and national non-profit organizations. He has served as Acting Dean of the School of Management and Executive Leadership at PUCP (2015-2020), Programmatic Director at Fundación Avina (2011-2014), and Country Director for Oxfam GB in Peru (2000-2009). He began his professional career as part of the Development Cooperation Area team at DESCO (1990-1999).

Master in Alternative Development Strategies from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) in The Hague (1997) and Doctoral Candidate in Strategic Management from the Consorcio de Universidades (2018). He currently serves as Acting Dean of the School of Interdisciplinary Studies at PUCP.
